Happiness is the state of internal peace and satisfaction. We feel happy when there are no worries, fears or insecurity. We always choose to be happy or unhappy. So, being happy is a matter of choice. One of the best way to keep ourselves happy, by gaining internal peace through meditation. As the mind becomes more stable and peaceful, it becomes easier to choose the happiness habit.
